Returns & Exchanges:
If you have received merchandise that is misprinted, materially flawed, or defective, we will gladly replace the item(s) at our expense. You must contact Exercise 2B Fit within 3 days of the date that the merchandise was delivered by the shipping carrier.
For premade items, refunds or exchanges can be made for any reason, unless expressly prohibited in the Terms and Conditions, if the Returns and Exchanges instructions below are followed within 3 days of the date that the merchandise was delivered by the shipping carrier.
Shipping and handling are not refundable and there is a 20% restocking fee. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered and in the original condition with all the tags attached.
For custom made merchandise, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of any items unless the merchandise is misprinted, materially flawed, or defective. We cannot be responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes and we will not be able to accept returns for this reason for custom merchandise.
Returns or exchanges will be credited back to your account only after the purchased item(s) have been returned and inspected.
If your items are misprinted, materially flawed, or defective, or you wish to return a premade item(s), please follow the instructions below.
Returns and Exchanges Instructions:

Select Orders History in the Your Cart menu.

Search for the order you would like to create a return request.

Click on its number or status, and the Order Details page opens. Do not click on the "invoices for selected" button because it will only take you to a copy of your invoice.

Scroll down to the Create return request form.

Set the amount of the product(s) you want to return.

Select the reason for return or exchange (exchanges are given by gift certificate and will be sent to you by e-mail).

Select the action you would like the store administration to complete.

Leave your comments, if necessary.

Click on Create.
After the return requested has been successfully created, the confirmation notice will appear at the top of the page.
To view your return request go to Returns in Your Cart menu. The current status of your request is shown in the Status column.

You must have a Return Authorization number (RA#) before returning any merchandise to Exercise 2B Fit. You will receive an e-mail with the Return Authorization number and instructions for returning the merchandise.

COD Returns will not be accepted.

To Receive Gift Certificate:
Exchanges are issued in the form of gift certificates in the amount of the purchased item(s) returned and will be sent to you by e-mail once the products have been returned and inspected. Below is the process for using a gift certificate.

Add to your cart any products.
3.
Checkout as you normally would.
4.
Select Gift Certificate as payment method.
5.
Enter your Gift Certificate ID and click the Submit button.
